Game Development

Game Development was a sector was forced to a halt due to the impacts brought by COVID-19. In 2022, Game Development was brought back better than ever, allowing our members to open up to a whole new area of possibilities with their ideas and passions. Although Game Development does heavily rely on the foundational skills programming & designing, this sector is more than just the sum of parts, challenging members' creativity by coming up with games that are fun, aesthetically pleasing, and well made.

Here are two of the games made by our CCA members for the Ludum Dare Game Jam!

A game where you play as the grim reaper and you have to "deliver" souls to the afterlife and ensure that they reach their rightful destination.

Game Development Curriculum

The sector of Game Development is growing and growing, with each batch of members growing to be better than the last. We use Unity to code our games, relying on C# as our primary language. As for graphics, members learn the principles of animation, being able to apply these important principles into making great sprites for their games.
